1. 어디서 시작하나

vids.new 접속(구글 계정 로그인 상태면 바로 편집기가 열립니다). 개인 구글 계정이면 결제 없이 사용 가능합니다(Workspace 유료 계정 불필요) — 2026-04-02부터 구글이 신제품 홍보 차원에서 Veo 3.1을 전면 무료 개방했습니다.

2. 여러 10초 클립을 이어 붙이는 방법

Google Vids의 AI 영상 생성은 한 번에 최대 10초 안팎만 나옵니다(프롬프트에 "15초"라고 써도 모델이 알아서 9~10초 근처로 결정하는 경우가 많습니다). 그래서 긴 영상은 클립을 여러 개 만들어서 타임라인에 순서대로 이어 붙이는 방식으로 만듭니다.

  1. 오른쪽 사이드바 맨 위 "AI 생성 동영상" 아이콘 클릭 → 패널 열림
  2. 프롬프트 입력 → 생성 → 미리보기 확인 → "삽입" 버튼 → 타임라인 맨 뒤에 붙음
  3. 다음 장면을 이어 만들려면, 타임라인 우측 하단 "+" 버튼 클릭 → 새 빈 구간 생성
  4. 그 상태에서 다시 1번부터 반복(프롬프트만 다음 장면 내용으로 교체)
  5. 각 클립은 독립적으로 생성되므로, 뒤 클립 프롬프트에 "continuing directly from the previous shot" 같은 문구를 넣어야 장면 연결이 자연스럽습니다 — 안 그러면 인물 생김새나 배경이 살짝 달라질 수 있습니다

대본 짤 때 이어붙이기 전제로 나눠야 할 것: 클립 1은 기승(문제 상황 + 캐릭터 등장), 클립 2는 전결(해결 과정 + 결말)로 나누고, 각 클립 프롬프트 맨 앞에 동일한 스타일 태그(예: "Korean urban realism, cinematic")를 반복해서 일관성을 유지합니다.

3. 실제 사용한 대본 예제

클립 1 (한글 기획안)

빌라 계단실, 천장 누수. 관리소장(중년, 점퍼)과 빌라반장(노년, 우산)이 마주 서서 천장 얼룩을 걱정스럽게 올려다본다. 갑자기 두 사람 사이에 도깨비가 금빛-보랏빛 반짝이는 빛과 함께 나타난다.

영어 프롬프트 (실제 입력값)

Korean urban realism, cinematic. Interior stairwell of an old villa,
water-damaged ceiling with a bucket catching drips. A middle-aged
Korean building manager and an older Korean villa block leader stand

클립 3 — 최종 채택본 (귀여운 도깨비 버전, 15초 요청→10초 생성됨)

the leak. A small CUTE kid-sized Korean goblin (dokkaebi) appears in
a burst of sparkling light - big round friendly eyes, small horns,
chubby playful body, NOT scary, NOT muscular, like an adorable mascot
character. He does a quick sparkling transformation into a tiny
waterproofing worker outfit (small helmet, small tool belt). Fast cut
to him cheerfully applying waterproof coating. Cut back to the same
ceiling, now dry and clean. The three characters stand together
smiling. Warm satisfying mood. Background music: only at the exact
moment the goblin appears, a very short 1-2 second traditional Korean
instrumental sting (3 quick notes, dramatic reveal cue), then quiet -
keep it brief and original, not a copied melody.
